paragraph

Introduction (act) A teenager painting graffiti and a police (me) ran toward to stop him and fine him. The police gazed at the graffiti for a while, and asked: Are all the graffiti associated with gangsters? Do they also brings a lot of benefits to the social?
When I was in elementary school, our teacher bought a box of chalks for each of us and let us painted the road next to the playground. It’s my first experience painting graffiti. When I’m in junior high, I found a special graffiti which was a bear with the word”Bare” next to the picture. Although t didn’t know what it meant, I found 3 same graffiti in different places. Therefore, I paid attention to a new place wherever I went because I met see the same graffiti and solve a certain mystery.
In most countries, graffiti is considered defacement and vandalism. However, nowadays, graffiti brings a lot of benefits for the society.
In most countries, marking or painting property, without the property owner's consent is a punishable crime. Graffiti is considered a crime of vandalism in many countries such as Brazil. It carries a jail sentence of between three months to one year. The media consider graffiti as illegal or scandalous. Justin Bieber was caught spraying graffiti on walls in Rio de Janeiro of his last day in Brazil and it was reported. It influenced his reputation seriously. In 1970, New York faced difficulties in economy, poor, a lack of funds for operation …etc. The government and the media blamed on the graffiti. The government’s point of view is the broken windows theory. They thought graffiti is a minor crime but if they couldn’t solve it, they’d appeared to be in competent. On the other hand, in Taiwan, there are legal rules about graffiti, too. Marking or painting property on transportations, houses, walls, or other structures, will be fined below three thousands.

Graffiti is an important shout out for the citizens or the minority groups. Sometimes, it can also influence the government's decisions.
More and more graffiti painters convey their opinions about politics by means of graffiti. Take Candy Bird for example. He is a spokesman for the society. His mural works propagate his ideas against every form of injustice in the city and some even satirize the government’s decisions. Many people have asked Candy Bird, why not just write " Gangster government," he replied, by participating social movements for years, he has come to realize , criticizing the government fiercely won’t change anything . Changes mostly come from self-consciousness; Art can be a kind of metaphor, beautiful graffiti make people stop and think about the meaning behind the graffiti? Maybe one day, when the government see his paintings, they’ll understand him too. Graffiti reflects what people think. As the result of the graffiti, some people gathered together to speak for their rights. The Rainbow Military Community in Taichung is a perfect instance: Due to the painting, the village escaped from the fate of demolition. (I’ll play a clip on YouTube)

Ending: the police’ll gaze at the graffiti again and says: Hmmm…actually it’s beautiful, and it’s meaningful! Maybe it can bring benefits to the society! Hey, come back, let me help you!
